Offshore Wind Completions Manager

Base Location: Glasgow, Perth and Aberdeen / Flexible

Salary: £55,200 - £83,000 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

Working Pattern: Permanent Full Time Flexible First options available

The role

Responsible for the delivery and handover of SSE managed offshore wind farms to Asset Management and to Offshore Transmission Operators where applicable in the UK and Europe. You will be managing internationally based inspections teams ensuring all plant and equipment is 'Complete' (Ready for Commissioning) prior to handover to Commissioning Teams, and ensuring all Commissioning and Construction carry over work is detailed and contractually accepted for handover of assets to Operations (Ready for Operations).

You will

1. Owner of Completions Management (IT) System and its management, punch recording and adherence by all contractors, suppliers and company including the drafting and agreement of corporate procedures which support the system.
2. Manage lead engineers and teams across SSER LCP Offshore Wind Portfolio (Seagreen, Ijmuiden Van Alpha, Arklow Bank, Berwick Bank and future portfolio).
3. Support Engineering Deliverables delivery by rolling out Offshore Wind Plant and Process Information Procedure liaising with Engineering Centre of Excellence and Corporate IM Team to assure standardisation across SSER (includes new SSER Tagging Specification & Systemisation Specification).
4. Development and implementation of QA/QC processes and ways of working for our Contractors and Suppliers to apply lessons learned from previous projects and instilling clean start up philosophy.
5. Support Project Assurance Team in gate reviews on behalf of QA & Commissioning across the SSER Portfolio.

You have

1. Experience in an engineering or execution capacity of Project construction, quality, commissioning and/or operations globally.
2. Familiar with core Microsoft Office applications and demonstrable experience of Completions Management Systems with sufficient IT ability to become the local application expert on selected IT platforms e.g. ProCoSys, GoTechnology.
3. A strong personal drive to meet definite project timelines and high standards of quality execution and professionalism.
4. Experience preferred managing internationally based teams of multi-disciplined personnel in multiple / remote locations.
