  • This is no ordinary surveying role. As a Senior Building Surveyor Renewable Energy, you ll be at the forefront of one of the UK s largest social housing retrofit programmes. You ll lead a dedicated team to improve thousands of homes, reduce fuel poverty, and tackle climate change.

    What You ll Be Doing

    • Lead our multi-million-pound Warm Homes programme, making strategic decisions that improve thousands of homes.
    • Build and develop a high-performing technical team to deliver cutting-edge retrofit solutions across Bath.
    • Pioneer innovative approaches, balancing modern energy technologies with the sensitivity our historic buildings demand.
    • Drive partnerships with industry leaders, implementing solutions such as heat pumps, smart home systems, and renewable energy.
    • Champion resident-focused improvements, reducing fuel poverty while enhancing comfort and well-being.
    • Shape the long-term sustainability strategy, positioning us at the forefront of the green housing revolution.

    What We re Looking For

    • Qualified and experienced in Building Surveying whether from private practice or public sector.
    • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing technical teams and large-scale programmes.
    • Ability to navigate the challenges of historic and listed buildings while delivering modern energy upgrades.
    • Excellent stakeholder management skills to engage residents, contractors, and industry partners.
    • A passion for sustainability, fuel poverty reduction, and tackling climate change.
