  • Are you passionate about driving the transition to sustainable homes? We re currently recruiting for an outstanding opportunity for a Building Surveyor Renewable Energy to lead innovative retrofit projects that improve energy efficiency and reduce carbon footprints across Bath & Bristol.

    Duties will include-

    • Deliver transformative retrofit projects from survey to completion, upgrading homes with modern energy solutions.
    • Implement cutting-edge technologies such as external wall insulation, renewable heating systems, and solar installations.
    • Manage contractors and suppliers to ensure high-quality, technically compliant installations that meet both performance standards and resident needs.
    • Create tailored technical specifications that enhance energy efficiency while respecting the unique character of Bath s buildings.
    • Engage with residents, ensuring they understand the improvements and benefit from more comfortable, energy-efficient homes.
    • Expand your expertise with hands-on experience in emerging retrofit technologies and funded professional qualifications.

    What We re Looking For

    • Strong building surveying and project management skills, with the ability to oversee contractors and deliver quality results.
    • Knowledge of low-carbon technologies, insulation, and renewable heating systems or a desire to develop this knowledge.
    • Excellent communication skills to engage with residents and stakeholders.
    • A passion for sustainability and improving the energy performance of buildings, and the desire to transition into working on retrofit projects and renewable energy works.
