Project Management Apprentice - Green Spaces and Biodiversity
Fixed Term Contract for two years
37 hours per week
Point 1 - £15,194 a year - initial salary for all new starters for the first 12 months of the apprenticeship.
Progression of pay after 12 months are complete as follows:
Point 2 - £20,136 a year - completed 12 months and aged 18 - 20
Point 3 - £24,577 a year - completed 12 months and aged 21+

Warwick District Council is offering an exciting apprenticeship opportunity for an individual who is eager to learn and develop their skills while making a positive impact on our green spaces and biodiversity.
As a Project Management Apprentice, you will play a key role in supporting the Green Space Team and Climate Change Team in delivering the Council's Biodiversity Action Programme and various green space improvement projects. You will gain hands-on experience in managing and promoting green spaces, working closely with a range of stakeholders, and contributing to projects that improve local parks, wildlife habitats, and recreational spaces.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain practical experience in project management while contributing to the creation and improvement of green spaces and biodiversity in Warwick District.
To be eligible you must have lived in the UK for 3 years prior to the apprenticeship start date and not be undertaking another apprenticeship or other qualification at the same time.
You may not be eligible if you have already worked in a similar role, or your previous learning, and/or work experience covers the contents (Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours) of the apprenticeship standard.
The intention is for the postholder to work predominantly from home; however, it is a requirement to attend our offices or sites within Warwick District as required. Any costs for travel from home to the office will be met by the successful candidate. However, office and hybrid working are also available.
