We are looking for an Energy and Environmental Manager to join the team and provide leadership in developing and implementing a comprehensive carbon reduction strategy, supporting the organisations commitment to achieving net zero emissions.

As Energy and Environmental Manager you will overseeing energy and environmental compliance, driving operational performance optimisation, and promoting engagement across the organisation.

Additionally, you will implement energy and environmental software systems, support the Health and Safety team, and ensure alignment with ISO 14001 standards

The Energy and Environment Manager will have the following background

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in business, engineering, environmental energy, or a technical discipline
• Membership of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA) or working towards it
• Recognised UK energy management qualifications, such as those from the Energy Institute (EI) or equivalent professional body
• Comprehensive understanding of energy management principles, market trends, and cost structures
• Detailed knowledge of environmental compliance, auditing, and ISO 14001 standards
• Proven experience in energy and environmental management within a complex organisation
• History of developing and implementing carbon reduction strategies and governance frameworks
