Position 1 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Marine Environmental Project Manager to join a leading company delivering high-quality environmental projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on critical initiatives aimed at preserving marine ecosystems, including noise monitoring, marine mammal mitigation, and environmental impact management.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage environmental projects, ensuring all financial, contractual, and technical obligations are met in line with company policies and standards.Prepare and submit tenders in collaboration with internal teams and third-party suppliers, ensuring compliance and maximizing commercial benefits.Provide mentorship and support to Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers, helping to develop their skills and expertise.Oversee contracts, managing risk, budgets, and client feedback while maintaining strong communication throughout the project lifecycle.Build and maintain effective client relationships through visits and formal presentations, contributing to overall client satisfaction.Support business development and marketing efforts to drive growth and promote services.
As a Senior Marine Environmental Project Manager will require:
Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience is preferred.Strong knowledge and experience in environmental monitoring, including marine mammal mitigation and noise monitoring.Experience in project management, with a background in commercial, strategic, or financial roles.Proven leadership skills with the ability to deliver projects from initiation to completion.
