My client is seeking an experienced Air Source and Heat Pump Design Lead. The ideal candidate will hold a BPEC certification and be able to confidently provide bespoke design solutions.

This company is going through a period of success, and with its expansion, will need a Design Lead that can manage exciting projects from initial concept through to final delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and integration of systems, collaborating with engineering and installation teams.
• Bespoke design and development for air source heat pump systems and solar.
• System sizing and specifications.
• Provide technical support to installation teams and offer support throughout the design, installation, and commissioning phases.
• Oversee compliance with current regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
• Manage design projects from initial concept through to final delivery.

Skills and Experience:

• BPEC trained
• Strong understanding of air source heat pump technology
