    Up to £70,000 plus benefits

    MC Technical Recruitment are currently seeking to recruit an experienced AD Site Manager / Operations Manager / Plant Manager, to manage and optimise production output, maintenance and health and safety of a 24/7 process plant based in Mitcham, South London.

    As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for:

    • Managing day to day operations ensuring production targets are hit and the delivery of KPIs
    • Overall operating effectiveness and ensuring best practice for plant performance
    • Leading, managing and developing a multi-skilled operations team
    • Implementing SOPs, maintenance schedules, etc.
    • Ensuring health & safety is adhered to at all times
    • Environmental auditing and ensuring operations within site permits
    • Overseeing site project improvements and upgrades
    • Other duties as required

    To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:

    • Experience as a Plant Manager / Site Manager on a process plant
    • People management and leadership skills
    • Experience working within the AD/Biogas sector (or similar wastewater, water treatment, CHP, etc.)
    • WAMITAB COTC (achieved or working towards)
    • HNC / HND / City & Guilds Level 3 or apprenticeship in engineering/process related subject
