QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in preferably in Business Administration or a relevant field related to Supply Chain.Professional experience in supply chain, particularly in customer service is preferred.Effective communication skills, including openness, clarity, organizational awareness, and empathy, to achieve desired results.Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving both value creation and business profitability.Proficiency in English (written and spoken).JOB DESCRIPTIONOrder Management:Processing all transaction types for customer orders, including order confirmations.Managing order backlogs and rescheduling where necessary to meet customer expectations.Proactively monitoring orders and providing customers with regular updates on order and shipment statuses.Receivables and Credit Management:Monitoring customer overdue accounts and addressing pricing or account discrepancies in collaboration with Accounts Receivable (AR).Ensuring credit limits are effectively managed and adhered to.Reviewing weekly overdue lists and providing timely feedback to the sales organization.Customer Relationship Management:Acting as the primary point of contact for customers regarding product availability, quantities, and conditions.Building and maintaining strong business relationships with customers to address operational and supply chain-related issues.Conducting regular customer visits to resolve daily operational challenges and gather feedback for service improvements.Internal Collaboration and Documentation:Ensuring effective and consistent information flow with the sales department to align on priorities and operational updates.
