Join Aggregate Industries as an Sales and Planning Office Manager, where you'll lead a dynamic team to optimise sales, planning, and customer service operations. This role is central to driving digital transformation, streamlining logistics, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences across multiple sites and product lines. • Manage and develop a team of Sales and Planning Representatives and DSM Planning Supervisors, ensuring high levels of customer service.
• Oversee the customer journey, from order placement to fulfillment, across multiple sites and product lines.
• Lead the digital marketing strategy, managing social media and eCommerce platforms like Concrete2You to boost online sales.
• Work closely with transport and operations teams to optimise logistics and ensure efficient order fulfillment.
• Identify trends using SLAs and KPIs, implementing process improvements to enhance customer service and sales and planning performance.
• Manage call handling systems, ensuring prompt response times and service excellence.
• Ensure customer complaints are addressed efficiently, with corrective actions applied and feedback provided.

You're an experienced and results-driven Sales and Planning Office Manager with a passion for customer service, logistics, and digital transformation. Your ability to lead teams, analyse performance, and drive improvements makes you a valuable asset to the business.

• Strong background in sales, customer service, and logistics planning, preferably in the construction materials industry.
• Exceptional leadership, organisational, and communication skills, with experience managing teams and developing customer relationships.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing strategies to enhance online sales.
• Self-motivated, highly organised, and data-driven, with a strong commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
