    We have an exciting new opportunity available for a Solar consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be someone who has experience in sales and or customer service roles, able to meet both company and client expectations with a strong organisation and reporting skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prospect, identify and engage with new and existing customers through various channels.
    • Present and showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
    • Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
    • Achieve sales targets whilst ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
    • Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales strategies and processes.
    • Maintain accurate records of all activities and customer interactions via appropriate file management systems.
    • Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.

    Skills:

    • Skills: Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with management software
    • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a professional demeaner under pressure.

    Driving license is preferable but not essential.
