  • MAIN PURPOSE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Make business development plans according to sales strategy from inverter BU, develop sales channels, and accomplish sales targets.
    • Develop key accounts in the country, and maintain good client relationships.
    • Deeply understand clients needs, market & products trends, and competitors business status in the country.
    • In coordination with the marketing department, promote company brand and products together with country distribution agencies.
    • Other work assigned by BU leaders.


    Key Result Areas and Characteristics:

    • College degree or above.
    • Proficient in both local and English language communication.
    • Good knowledge of Solar PV or PV inverters.
    • 5+ years' work experience of domestic business development in Solar PV industry.
    • Strong service attitude, with good communication skills both in and out of the company.
    • Strong sense of responsibility, active, careful, hardworking with good team work spirit.
