    Job Summary:


    Your Responsibilities:


    • Take responsibility: Ensure our customers meet their Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) compliance requirements.
    • Learn and grow: Following a thorough training period, you'll handle customer product and sales data to create EPR compliance reports.
    • Make a difference: Support our customers by navigating complex regulations and providing accurate, data-driven solutions.
    • Innovate: Work with and enhance our in-house IT solution for managing compliance data.
    • Stay ahead: Collaborate with our Regulatory Monitoring Team to assess and implement solutions based on legislative changes.
    • Shape the future: Help develop our services and contribute to our mission of being a one-stop-shop for EPR compliance.




    Your Profile:


    • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as sustainability, environmental policy, circular economy, or waste management.
    • 1-2 years of experience (internships count!) with exposure to data analysis, customer service, or corporate environments.
    • Comfortable working with large datasets and tools like MS Excel; experience with IT systems is a plus.
    • A customer-focused mindset with a "can-do" attitude.
    • Analytical thinker who's results-driven and eager to learn.
    • Passionate about sustainability and making a positive impact.
    • Fluent in English; German is a bonus!
