    Are you a commercially minded Project Manager with a passion for preserving history?

    We re seeking experienced Conservation/Restoration Project Managers to overseeing conservation projects for historic and listed buildings. This exciting opportunity is available to candidates based in Somerset, Berkshire, or Suffolk who are ready to make a tangible difference in the heritage sector.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Manage and deliver multiple conservation and restoration projects, valued between £250k - £1m.
    • Lead projects involving stone masonry, plastering, sculpting, painting, and general restoration.
    • Collaborate with skilled tradespeople to maintain and enhance the character of historic buildings.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
    • Engage with clients and stakeholders, maintaining strong professional relationships.
    What We re Looking For
    • Proven experience in project management within the conservation, restoration, or construction sectors.
    • Passion for heritage, history, and preserving architectural integrity.
    • Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage teams and multiple projects effectively.
    • Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and stakeholders.
