Salary: £90,000 - £120,000 per year + Equity options (Senior-Staff positions available)

Interview process: 3-stage process (Introduction Call Take-home Task > Tech Interview)

Reporting to: Engineering Manager

We'd love to chat with you about this position if:

• You have 6+ years' experience as a Software Engineer, preferably working with statically typed languages such as Rust, Kotlin, Scala, Haskell or PureScript.
• You have experience with or are willing to learn TypeScript, using functional tooling such as Effect.ts and FP-TS (functional programming experience is more important than TypeScript).
• You are familiar with distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, data structures and algorithms.
• You have a degree in a STEM discipline (Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, etc.).
• Experience in the banking space is beneficial, but not essential.
