What You Will Do

• Supervise all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications
• Oversee the installation of solar panels, inverters, and other system components, maintaining the highest quality standards
• Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel
• Provide technical guidance and support, troubleshooting any issues that arise during the installation process
• Coordinate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Maintain accurate documentation of on-site activities, including progress reports and inspection log

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in solar energy installation or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of solar energy systems and electrical components
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• SMSTS certification and first aid at work qualification are highly desirable
