  • Are you a Solar Installation Manager with a focus on Domestic Solar PV Installations?

    Innotech Partners is working alongside a rapidly growing renewables company with a fantastic opportunity to start in the new year.

    The role is centered on managing Domestic Solar PV installations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction across 3-5 installations per day, with plans to scale operations further.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and oversee daily domestic solar PV installations (3-5 installations per day).
    • Ensure compliance with MCS regulations and complete MCS registrations for all installations.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional support throughout the installation process.
    • Order and coordinate the delivery of all necessary equipment, including OV kits, to ensure installations run smoothly.
    • Lead and support installation teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
    • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
    • Resolve on-site issues and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
    • Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency.

    The Candidate:
    The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Domestic Solar PV installations and be comfortable managing teams and client relationships. They should thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in managing domestic solar PV installations.
    • Knowledge of MCS regulations and experience completing MCS registrations.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent client-facing and communication abilities.
    • Proficiency in ordering and managing equipment and materials for installations.
    • Understanding of health and safety requirements for solar PV installations.
