Our client is seeking a Grid Project Manager to oversee the development and delivery of grid connection projects, including BESS, solar, and wind, from inception to commissioning. The role involves managing project timelines, improving grid connection processes, and collaborating with teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee grid connection projects, maintaining governance and managing risks.
• Collaborate with National Grid and DNOs for site and connection planning.
• Cost estimation and project tracking.
• Address design and risk issues impacting milestones.

Skills and Qualifications

• Project management experience in energy or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of electricity transmission/distribution.
• Understanding of National Grid and DNO processes.
• Relevant project management qualifications are beneficial.
