Job Overview

• Lead and drive wind farm projects, ensuring the highest standards in health, safety, and quality.
• Provide technical support and input during the project development phase.
• Estimate and monitor project costs.
• Create project programs, including wind farm site layout drawings, swept path analysis, and planning/legal drawings.
• Manage procurement, tendering, and negotiate design/construction contracts.
• Oversee day-to-day management of projects in both preconstruction and construction phases.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of project management processes.

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in delivering onshore wind, civil engineering, or construction projects.
• Detail-oriented, methodical approach with strong process focus.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Flexibility to work at various UK sites, including availability for evenings and weekends as needed.
• Experience in surveying and setting out.
