They now require a Geoenvironmental Senior Engineer to work on a variety of interesting development projects (residential and commercial).

    This organisation also takes its environmental impact seriously and looks to reduce its carbon footprint in a variety of ways.

    In this role as Geoenvironmental Senior Engineer you will:

    • Prepare proposals including ground investigation design
    • Organise and supervise ground investigation activities
    • Liaise with clients regarding access, planning consent, site layout and SI programme
    • Be responsible for the production of interpretative geoenvironmental reports

    To be successful in the role of Geoenvironmental Senior Engineer you will need to have:

    • Solid experience of supervising ground investigation works
    • A degree in Geology, Geography or Environmental Science
    • Basic report writing skills training given in this area
    • Familiarity with Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • An ability to draft SI drawings in AutoCAD (desirable but not essential)
    • Good verbal communication skills - working with drillers, site workers, laboratories, other staff, clients etc
    • Good attention to detail
    • Full UK driving licence
