We are looking for a dedicated HSE Manager to join the team and help shape the future of Health and Safety across some of London s most iconic and prestigious sites.

    The HSE Manager will be responsible for:

    • Leading the management of HSE systems to maintain high safety standards across all sites
    • Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations in leisure and retail properties
    • Engaging with on-site teams, senior stakeholders, and clients to promote safety initiatives
    • Implementing risk assessments and safety strategies tailored to each unique site
    • Driving continuous improvement in safety practices across the portfolio

    To be considered for this role, you should have:

    • Chartered IOSH Membership, with a Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (or equivalent)
    • A background in the leisure and retail sector, with a strong understanding of industry-specific safety challenges
    • Proven leadership skills and experience managing HSE systems
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with various stakeholders
