GRADUATE Geo-environmental Engineer Bath Permanent Salary £26000 - £30000 DOE Our clients are a medium sized consultancy that offers a wide services to the land, energy, retail, housing, commercial and property sectors. Due to an increase in work load they are now looking to recruit a Graduate Geo-environmental Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity for a a graduate with 12-18 months experience. The role will involve: • Assisting with report writing for Geo Environmental Projects. • Environmental monitoring for ground gases, groundwater, dust, and noise. • Writing of Phase 1 Desk Studies. • Writing of Coal Mining Risk Assessments. • Assisting with the development of Remediation Strategies. • Supervision of site investigation works including logging of soils/rocks in accordance with BS5930 and Eurocode. • Scheduling of geotechnical and chemical testing on soils and communication with laboratory. • Use of Holebase to produce borehole, trial pits logs and cross sections.
