Planet Mark is owned by Alcumus and sits as a stand-alone division within the Alcumus group alongside the Safe Contractor Division and the ISOQAR division. Alcumus is a successful and globally expanding enterprise with a longstanding commitment to promoting safer and more sustainable workplaces.
We are looking for a confident, energetic and inspiring Engagement Manager to support the delivery of our sustainability/decarbonising workshops and webinars. This role supports our members to embed sustainability at the core of their organisations, unlocking the talent, knowledge and passion among their employees. We achieve this by providing a range of engagement services, including a suite of online workshops, events and bespoke advisory services.
Reporting into our Head of Engagement, our Engagement Managers deliver online and in-person workshops to our members and can tailor the content to the relevant audience. Successful applicants will have experience delivering engaging online workshops and have a passion for sustainability, ideally with knowledge of business sustainability and experience in learning and development.
To be successful in this role, you will require previous experience in business sustainability and decarbonisation solutions. You will possess excellent knowledge of what Net Zero means for business and scopes of emissions. You will require experience in public speaking, hosting, and facilitation roles both in person and virtually.
